We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and fashion-aware professional to work closely with the Founder and help drive the day-to-day growth and operations of the brand.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both creative and business problem-solving, someone who can bring structure, keep teams aligned, and ensure ideas are executed smoothly.
What You’ll Do Design Planning & Collection Coordination- Work closely with the Founder on seasonal launches, collection timelines, and overall brand direction
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of collections
- Help manage timelines, approvals, and internal communication across departments
- Support product planning with a balance of creativity and commercial understanding
- Assist the client service team planning and coordinating retail, exhibitions, and multi-brand outlet activities
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth stock movement, dispatches, and replenishment
- Track product movement and support sales planning initiatives
- Oversee content planning, campaign execution, and overall digital communication with the marketing team
- Coordinate with external agencies, creatives, and partners to maintain consistency in brand communication
- Support campaign launches, promotional activities, and digital growth initiatives
- Ensure the brand’s visual and communication standards are maintained across channels
- Coordinate exhibitions, trunk shows, pop-ups, and other brand events
- Ensure events and activations are organized and delivered smoothly with the help of the PR Team
- Work closely with the Founder on priority projects and business initiatives
- Help keep teams accountable, organized, and aligned with timelines
- Assist with planning, follow-ups, and execution across multiple areas of the business
- Bring ideas and solutions to improve efficiency and support growth
- 4–7 years of experience in fashion design & business operations, brand management, luxury retail, founder’s office, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of fashion business workflows, production timelines, and brand operations
- Organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
- Confident coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commercially aware, with an eye for both creativity and execution
- Prior experience in fashion / luxury / premium retail preferred
- Work directly with an established designer and leadership team
