Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven individual for the role of

Manager/ Senior Manager – Business Finance within our B2B division. The successful

candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, analysis, and business

partnering activities to support the division’s strategic goals. This position requires 4-6

years of relevant experience in business finance or FP&A, coupled with strong financial

acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end financial planning cadence, including annual budgets, rolling

forecasts, and monthly performance reviews with senior stakeholders.

2. Drive budget vs. actual variance analysis, clearly articulating key drivers, risks,

and corrective actions to enable timely business decisions.

3. Provide detailed financial analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other

business metrics to inform strategic planning.

4. Proactively flag financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to

protect margins and improve cash flows.

5. Act as a strategic finance partner to sales, operations and delivery teams to

influence pricing, cost structures, and profitability outcomes.

6. Partner with controllership to ensure financial governance, accuracy, and

compliance in reporting and business metrics.

7. Perform detailed cost and margin analysis across services, identifying areas for

Margin improvement.

8. Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities to

enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time.


Required Qualifications and Skills

1. Professional certifications (CA, CFA, MBA Finance).

2. 4-6 years of experience in business finance/ FP&A roles.

3. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and ERP systems.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact

effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
