BDM - ServiceNow Practice
Job Description
If you enjoy consultative selling, building long-term client relationships, and being part of a growing practice , this role offers a great opportunity to make a real impact. What You Will Be Doing Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ServiceNow consulting and implementation services . Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with enterprise and mid-market clients.
Lead the entire sales journey — from initial outreach and discovery conversations to proposals and deal closure. Develop relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, and digital transformation stakeholders . Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales specialists, and delivery teams to design the right solutions for clients.
Participate in client discussions, presentations, and solution workshops . Maintain visibility of opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts through CRM tools. Work closely with global colleagues in India and the US to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
What We Are Looking For Around 6–8 years of experience in business development or sales within IT services or technology consulting. 2 to 3 years of experience selling ServiceNow services or similar enterprise technology solutions . Ability to build relationships with international clients , especially in the US and European markets .
Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills. A self-driven and proactive mindset , with a passion for growing business. Good to Have Experience working with a ServiceNow partner organization .
