Role Summary
Employee Experience
%AA; Create and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction at all
life cycle stages.
%AA; Engagement and well-being to be fostered through right practices and
employee sessions and materials/ handout. Enhance wellness quotient in
employees through wellness programs, EAP and sessions, competitions,
activities, and celebrations.
%AA; Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other departments to align employee
experience initiatives with business objectives.
%AA; Design and implement programs and surveys to access employee needs
and sentiment.
%AA; Develop initiatives to foster company culture by promoting values and
sense of belongingness.
%AA; Coordinate with different departments to ensure a positive employee
experience.
%AA; Handling employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and constructive
manners
%AA; Lead internal communications and recognition.
%AA; Designing and successfully implementing on-onboarding programs
%AA; Tracking and analyzing key metrics related to employee engagement,
satisfaction, turnover, and other relevant factors to measure success
of employee experience initiatives.
%AA; Engage employees at organization level with unique practices.
%AA; Working closely with the senior business leaders and BHR leads to develop
a strategy and roadmap that aligns to business outcomes, priorities, and
ambitions to ensure engaged work force and getting pulse of the
workforce and getting early warning indicators.
%AA; Providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to the Employee
Experience team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and
continuous improvement.
People Services
%AA; Developing and implementing HR operational strategies to align with
business requirements, within the defined SOPs.
%AA; Creating HR policies and procedures and guidelines in compliance with
latest labour laws and regulations.
%AA; Managing relationship with vendor and providers to get the best deal for
the organization.
%AA; Providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to the HR operation team,
fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous
improvement.
%AA; Understands and ensures delivery of activities pertaining to employee life
cycle from joining till exit
%AA; Ensure proper tracking of activities on regular basis and checking the work
on random basis (Self Audit)
%AA; Managing HR data, timely reporting, Analysis of reports generated
through HRMS and team on various activities.
%AA; Ensure timely update on trackers and publish quarterly HR New letters.
%AA; Manage vendor resources through third party and ensure compliance as
per CLRA, S&E, IT and other labour compliances are met.
%AA; Monitor and take proactive measures on monthly, quarterly , half yearly
and annual compliances.
%AA; Managing proactive employee communications with employees to ensure
timely intimation on payroll action.
%AA; Monitor over all expenses of payroll and present a comparator of month-on-
month cost comparison.
%AA; Keep a track on monthly and annual payroll compliance through Legatrix
%AA; Ensure all HR compliances are met within timelines.
Essential
Qualification
MBA (Full time) / Master’s degree in HR / OD / Personnel Management
Experience
14+ years of relevant experience in managing employee experience, employee
Lifecycle, payroll, and compliances.
