If you think the open position, you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply!\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Lead a fast moving agile team, working with the internally developed tools and technologies such as SalesForce\n- Support other product delivery partners in the successful build, test, and release of solutions\n- Solve problems by crafting software solutions using maintainable and modular code.\n- Lead daily team standup meetings where you'll give and receive updates on the current backlog and challenges.\n- Provides thought leadership and technical expertise across the PBM technology organization\n- Utilize end-to-end knowledge of product ecosystem, business transactions, technology stack, dependencies, and engineering practices to ensure applications are designed and constructed using solid engineering patterns\n- Encourage innovation and diversity of thought to solve complex business problems\n- Partner with business and technical product owners to optimize working relationships and clarify roles and responsibilities\n- Takes accountability for the technology assets owned by the team.\n\nQualifications:\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.\n- Strongly influencing negotiation skills.\n- Strong interpersonal relationship management skills.\n- Strong time and project management skills.\n- Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.\n- Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.\n- Hands on experience with Sales Cloud, Copado, Git, Apex and Trigger Designing, Flows, LWC\n- Solid understanding of OOP and Design Patterns\n- Experience in building REST APIs/Microservices\n- Strong understanding of parallel processing, concurrency and asynchronous concepts\n- Experience with SOQL and SOSL\n- Proficient in internal integration with Third Party System (liveprovider.com)\n- CI/CD experience: must have GitHub experience.\n\nRequired Experience & Education:\n\n- 9-14 years of professional experience including people leader experience.\n- Must have a Bachelor of computer engineering degree\n- Proven experience leading/managing technical teams with a passion for developing the talent within the team.\n- Experience with vendor management in an onshore/offshore model.\n- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.\n- Preferred: Industry certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma Green Belt\n\nDesired Experience:\n\n- Healthcare experience including Disease Management\n- Coaching of team members\n\nEqual Opportunity Statement\n\nEvernorth is an Equal Opportunity Employer actively encouraging and supporting organization-wide involvement of staff in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to educate, inform and advance both internal practices and external work with diverse client populations.
