This is a role focused on generating qualified sales leads and scheduling meetings with Key Decision-Makers (KDMs).\n\nWe aren't looking for mass volume - we need thoughtful connectors.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\n• Be Organized: Plan, structure, and execute targeted LinkedIn outreach & email campaigns using the sequences methodology.\n\n• Be a Researcher: Conduct primary and secondary research to define accurate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and segment leads based on industry and decision-making roles.\n\n• Be Technical: Use HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-driven tools to manage follow-up, track engagement, and ensure our contact database stays rich and accurate.\n\n• Be Collaborative: Stay updated on IT services industry trends and collaborate with internal teams to ensure your messaging is always consistent and aligned.\n\n• Be the Face: You’ll personalize outreach and re-engage cold leads through follow-ups and calls when needed.\n\nWhat You Need:\n\n• Experience: 2+ years in LinkedIn-based lead generation or sales development specifically within an IT services company.\n\n• Tool Proficiency: Proven ability with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and email automation tools.\n\n• Mindset: A professional, engaging communication style, a self-starter attitude, and attention to detail.\n\nLocation: Hyderabad, 5 days’ Work from Office (WFO), US time zone\n\nImmediate joiners or who are serving notice period are desirable.\n\nIf you have the go-getter mindset and the ability to frame outreach with clarity and awareness, we want to talk to you.
