Role Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on Continuous Improvement (CI) Supervisor to support our Worldwide Manufacturing team in driving operational excellence, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency across manufacturing lines and contract manufacturing partners.
This role will partner closely with Manufacturing, Packaging, Automation, Quality, IT (Oracle), and CI Leadership , leading Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives while embedding a strong CI culture on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
As Supervisor – Continuous Improvement , you will:
Lead and execute continuous improvement projects aligned with business and manufacturing strategy
Identify process gaps, waste, inefficiencies , and variation across equipment, materials, manpower, and methods
Drive Lean, TPM, DMAIC, Kaizen, PDCA, PQCDSM initiatives at site level
Create and maintain Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for all manufacturing lines
Perform root cause analysis , Pareto analysis, and corrective action implementation
Evaluate process capability and equipment capability (Cp, Cpk) across operations
Implement SPC, Gage R&R, and statistical tools to monitor and control process performance
Lead Kaizen events, Gemba walks , and small group activities including contract manufacturers
Train and mentor teams on SGA, TPM, Lean principles, Six Sigma basics
Develop and maintain manufacturing KPIs, MIS dashboards, and BI reports for leadership
Support process automation, system enhancements, and Oracle‑based initiatives
Work closely with Manufacturing & Packaging specialists to plan and implement improvements with quantified benefits
Drive cultural transformation toward continuous improvement and simplification of redundant processes
Ensure sustenance by monitoring Control phase effectiveness
People & Team Leadership
Lead and coach a CI team at site level
Set clear goals for self and team aligned with CI roadmap
Delegate effectively and hold team accountable for outcomes
Monitor productivity and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
What We’re Looking For
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / Operations
Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
Core Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills using CI tools
Hands‑on knowledge of Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, SPC, DMAIC
Experience with VSM, TIMWOODS waste analysis, Kaizen
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Statistics tools, SPC software, Oracle
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
High integrity with a passion for improvement and execution
Experience
7–10 years of experience driving CI initiatives at manufacturing/shop‑floor level
Proven exposure to cultural change and CI transformation
Background in Pharma, Nutraceutical, Food, or FMCG manufacturing
