Quality compliance lead

Role : Quality Compliance Lead
ISO | CMMI | Process Excellence | Ahmedabad
We are hiring an experienced Quality Compliance Lead to drive enterprise-wide quality governance, process maturity, and compliance initiatives for a growing technology organization based in Ahmedabad.
Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Compliance, or QMS
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• CMMI DEV v3.0 – Level 5
• CMMI SVC v3.0 – Level 5
• ISO 9001:2015
• ISO 27001:2022
• Proven experience independently leading:
• CMMI Level 5 appraisals
• ISO surveillance & recertification audits
• Process audits, CAPA/NCR management, and governance reviews
• Strong knowledge of:
• QPM, CAR, SPC, KPI frameworks, Process Improvement
• Six Sigma / Lean methodologies
• Agile, Dev Ops, and hybrid delivery environments
• Experience in Process Asset Library (PAL), metrics management, compliance dashboards, and leadership reporting
• Ability to conduct training, stakeholder management, and organization-wide process adoption

Preferred

• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
• Exposure to ISO 20000 / ISO 27701
• Experience with BFSI, Healthcare, or Government compliance environments
• Familiarity with GRC platforms like Service Now GRC or RSA Archer
