Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and strategize: Drive the end‑to‑end design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow AI solutions, including Generative AI, Automation Engine, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agents, and Workflow Automations. Develop AI adoption roadmaps aligned to client business goals.
  • Team and project leadership: Provide expert guidance and leadership to project teams, coordinating daily tasks, assigning work packages, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be the central point of contact for clients and all project stakeholders.
  • Consulting and solution design: Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to leverage AI for improved productivity, efficiency, and experience. Design intelligent workflows using components such as:


Generative AI / Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence (classification, clustering, similarity), Virtual Agent and conversational experiences, Workflow automation, AI Search.

Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solution architecture.



  • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, Collaborate closely with business leaders, process owners, IT teams, and ServiceNow platform owners. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, demonstrate prototypes, and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Expert guidance and quality assurance: Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow AI capabilities, providing strategic advice and leading the team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. You'll be responsible for overseeing testing and successful go-lives. Stay at the forefront of ServiceNow AI use case implementations and contribute to knowledge-building within MHP’s ServiceNow community
  • Business development support: Support our sales teams by participate in pre‑sales activities, support proposal development, deliver demos, and articulate the value of ServiceNow AI to potential clients.


Qualifications

  • Experience: You hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • You have at least 10 years of experience with ServiceNow Platform and automation area.
  • AI & automation exposure: Practical experience with one or more areas such as :

Generative AI solutions (Now Assist / GenAI features), Predictive Intelligence, Agentic AI, AI Control Tower

virtual assistants, Process automation, Experience applying AI in enterprise processes is highly valued.


  • ServiceNow Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform AI capabilities. Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow AI‑related training or micro‑certifications and any ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist are highly preferred.
  • Consulting & Leadership Skills: You are a natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills. Your communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are exceptional, allowing you to guide and inspire both internal teams and clients.
  • Analytical Mindset: You are highly analytical, solution-oriented, and have a strong ability to understand user needs. You can translate complex business challenges into effective and innovative technical solutions.
  • Language Proficiency: You are proficient in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international clients and team members.
