Revenue Operations Associate
Job Description
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM administration capabilities would have high value, but not needed.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n- Assist in managing the case queue by addressing beginner CRM and systems questions, escalating cases as needed.\n\n- Support key Revenue Operations projects related to GTM processes.\n\n- Perform data operations tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.\n\n- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations Manager and other team members to deliver high-quality project outcomes.\n\nSkills\n\n- Proficiency in Excel, including vLookup and other data analysis functions.\n\n- Familiarity with Salesforce or any tools if possible.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.\n\nQualifications\n\n- Bachelor’s degree required.\n\n- Some prior experience in data operations or a related field.\n\n- Strong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nReporting\n\nThis position reports directly to the Revenue Operations Manager.
