We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager – Business Development to support sales growth in the hospitality segment. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and promotions.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Development\nIdentify and generate new business opportunities in hotels, aviation, and hospitality chains\nSupport in achieving sales targets for ELV solutions\nAssist in preparing proposals, BOQs, and techno-commercial submissions\nClient Handling\nBuild and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients\nConduct meetings, site visits, and presentations\nUnderstand client requirements and align solutions accordingly\nSales Support\nCoordinate with internal technical and execution teams for solution design\nFollow up on leads, inquiries, and closures\nMaintain CRM updates and sales pipeline\nMarket Intelligence\nTrack competitor activities and market trends in the hospitality segment\nIdentify upcoming projects and tender opportunities\nKey Skills & Requirements\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to handle client discussions and presentations\nGood knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal drafting\nWillingness to travel for client meetings and site visits\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nBachelors' degree or Graduation\nMBA (Marketing/Sales) is an added advantage\nPrior exposure to hospitality projects is mandatory.\nEnergetic, target-driven, and eager to learn
