Quality Assurance Lead

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives across projects and ensure high standards in testing and delivery quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
• Strong experience in Manual Testing and QA Governance
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Management, and Release Processes
• Knowledge of API Testing using tools like Postman / RestAssured
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Experience in managing cross-functional QA teams
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance delivery speed with quality expectations
• Exposure to Automation Testing frameworks/tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript
• Exposure to Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with Performance Testing tools like JMeter or Gatling
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services / FinTech domain
