Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing fixed price MuleSoft integration projects . The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in delivering complex integration programs within defined scope, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of MuleSoft integration projects under fixed price (FP) models
• Define project scope, delivery plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Manage project financials including budget tracking, cost control, and margin optimization
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure alignment
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and scope changes proactively
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs
• Drive governance, reporting, and status communication to leadership and clients
• Ensure quality delivery aligned with MuleSoft best practices and integration standards
• Manage change requests and ensure minimal impact on project scope and profitability

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in project/program management
• Strong experience in managing fixed price / managed service projects
• Hands-on exposure to MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led connectivity
• Experience in integration projects involving REST/SOAP APIs, ESB, Cloud integrations
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, and billing models
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• MuleSoft Certification (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer / Architect )
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
• Experience in BFSI / Insurance / Retail domains (preferred)
