MYP Design Facilitator

The MYP Design Facilitator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. In this role, you will deliver interactive and innovative learning experiences in line with the IB curriculum, facilitate project-based learning, and mentor students in developing problem-solving and design-thinking skills. You will plan, implement, and evaluate classroom activities, integrating technology seamlessly. Collaboration with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects and contributing to parent-teacher interactions are key responsibilities.

• Expertise in Design Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Project-Based Learning
• Proficiency in digital tools, technology integration, and IT platforms for education
• Strong curriculum planning, instruction, and classroom management skills
• Experience with the IB MYP framework and understanding of its philosophy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with peers, students, and parents
• A passion for education and fostering creativity, curiosity, and reflection in students
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Design, Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Prior experience teaching or facilitating in an IB or similar progressive education system is an advantage
