Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional who will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with enterprise clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of IT services, and a passion for sales. Experience -5Yrs.

Location - Mumbai (Borivali) Mode - WFO Responsibilities: • Drive strategic account research by identifying and mapping key decision-makers across enterprise organizations using platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other market intelligence tools • Build and continuously refine a high-quality prospect pipeline aligned with organizational growth priorities • Establish and enforce best practices for CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and reporting standards • Lead high-impact client conversations through deep account research and a consultative sales approach • Engage with senior stakeholders to: o Understand the client’s business landscape and digital transformation goals o Position company as a strategic partner for enterprise solutions o Identify and shape opportunities for ServiceNow services and licensing • Influence decision-making by delivering value-driven insights and solution narratives • Own end-to-end proposal development, including executive presentations, solution architecture alignment, and Statements of Work (SOW) • Collaborate closely with presales, delivery, and leadership teams to craft competitive, scalable, and differentiated solutions • Define commercial frameworks that balance client value with business profitability • Take ownership of the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity creation to closure • Lead complex negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes while safeguarding margin and long-term value • Drive revenue growth in alignment with strategic targets and profitability benchmarks • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the engagement lifecycle. • Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery while maintaining strong executive relationships • Oversee governance, communication (including executive updates and MOMs), and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction Requirements: • Strong executive communication, consultative selling, and complex deal negotiation with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive enterprise growth. • Deep understanding of enterprise IT, cloud ecosystems, and ServiceNow, with the ability to align solutions to business outcomes.

• Confident and credible leader with strong executive presence, high ownership, and the ability to represent the organization at senior levels. • Resilient, strategic, and adaptable with high integrity, strong judgment, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. • Results-driven with a strong growth mindset, focused on long-term value creation and building win-win client partnerships.

Education Criteria • Bachelor’s degree in: o Business Administration (BBA) o Management (BMS) o Commerce (B.Com) o Or any equivalent degree • MBA in Sales/Marketing – Preferred
