Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process
Source and hire quality candidates across hospitality functions
Coordinate with business leaders for manpower planning
Build strong talent pipelines and recruitment networks
Ensure timely closures and smooth onboarding process
Preferred Profile:
Hospitality / Hotel industry background preferred
Experience in recruitment and stakeholder management
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple positions and fast-paced hiring requirements
