Strategy manager - electronics

Role Overview
As an Electronics Manager, you will work closely with leadership to evaluate opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and support execution across the semiconductor and electronics value chain, including PCB/PCBA, substrates, OSAT/ATMP, and components.
What You’ll Do
Support development of JK’s electronics & semiconductor strategy
Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessment
Build business cases, financial models, and investment notes
Engage with technology partners, OEMs, and ecosystem players
Track and support government incentive schemes (PLI, DLI, ISM 2.0)
Drive project execution and cross-functional coordination
Support business development and customer pipeline creation
Who We’re Looking For
5–10 years of experience in electronics / semiconductor ecosystem
Exposure to areas like PCB/PCBA, OSAT, IC substrates, or components
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
Experience in project management / consulting / business analysis
Ability to work in a fast-evolving, ambiguous environment
Good to Have
Experience with electronics OEMs, EMS, or semiconductor companies
Understanding of PLI / DLI / semiconductor policies
Exposure to global supply chains (Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Europe)
Qualifications
B. Tech (Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical)
MBA (preferred)
Location
Delhi NCR (with travel within India and Internationally and as required)
