Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Rajkot. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical consultation, and identifying tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the sales team with technical guidance, conducting product demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, and fostering client relationships. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Sales experience, with the ability to create and deliver technical solutions to meet client needs
• Technical Support skills, including troubleshooting and offering solutions to technical challenges
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively explaining complex concepts and understanding client requirements
• Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Proficiency in problem-solving and technical acumen
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in a technical sales or client-facing role is a plus
