PLM BOM Engineer

05 years of hands on experience in PLM / EBOM / Engineering Data Management.

Strong understanding of Engineering BOM structure, lifecycle, and change management.

Hands on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA EBOM management tools.

Good knowledge of CAD PLM integration (CATIA V5/V6 with ENOVIA).

Experience in EBOM dual maintenance, BOM comparison, and reconciliation.

Strong understanding of PLM process methods and governance.

Ability to define and implement BOM standards, rules, workflows, and guidelines.

Experience with CAD & BOM quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting.

Familiarity with Automotive product development processes. Exposure to T&F, BIW, or Powertrain programs is an added advantage.

Working experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe, JIRA, Kanban etc).

Experience using JIRA / Confluence for requirement tracking and collaboration is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem solving mindset.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to interact with global teams and customers.
