US HR Operations
Job Description
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for W2/C2C/1099 employees and consultants. Coordinate compliance activities including I-9, E-Verify, and Background Verification (BGC/BGV). Support visa/work authorization coordination including H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, and GC processes.
Review MSA, SOW, PO, employment agreements, and vendor/client documentation. Coordinate payroll documentation including W2/W9/1099 processes and PTO tracking. Handle employee benefits including insurance and 401(k) coordination.
Maintain HR records, compliance documents, and audit-ready reports. Regularly connect with employees to understand concerns and engagement levels. Act as a point of contact for employee support and HR-related queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in US HR Operations and employee lifecycle management. Good knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, BGC, W2/W9/1099, PTO, and benefits administration. Familiarity with US visa/work authorization processes.
Experience reviewing MSA, SOW, and PO documents. Excellent communication and employee relationship management skills. Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Proficiency with HRMS systems and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with US staffing or IT consulting organizations.
