Head Family Office - Pan India

Seeking a Head of Family Office with a strong investment advisory background to lead asset allocation and alternative deal sourcing for a prominent MFO. You will bridge institutional-grade portfolio construction with bespoke advisory for UHNW families across global markets

1. P&L & Commercial Leadership

• Bottom-Line Ownership: Responsibility for the firm’s P&L, including revenue targets, margins, and EBITDA.
• Commercial Strategy: Designing competitive fee structures (AUM-based, performance, or retainers).
• Efficiency: Optimizing \"cost-to-serve\" and overhead via technology and process automation.

2. Growth & Acquisitions

• Strategic M&A: Identifying, vetting, and acquiring boutique firms to expand AUM and geographic footprint.
• Integration: Leading post-merger onboarding of new family clients and professional teams.
• Business Development: Driving organic growth by pitching and securing new high-net-worth client families.

3. Strategic Oversight

• Investment Strategy: High-level supervision of asset allocation and risk management across all offices.
• Stewardship: Managing complex family dynamics and multi-generational wealth transitions.
• Governance: Ensuring strict regulatory compliance and robust cybersecurity across multiple jurisdictions.
