Job Summary

Pragma Edge is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support resource management, client coordination, and cross-functional project execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with North American clients, IBM, client partners, and both offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth delivery, effective communication, and timely coordination across multiple workstreams.

This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts aligned with client needs and strong coordination skills to manage dynamic priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across offshore and onshore teams.
  • Support resource management, including allocation, tracking, and follow-up on availability and utilization.
  • Act as a communication bridge between North American clients, IBM, client partners, and internal teams.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, status calls, and follow-ups across different time zones.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, action items, and dependencies.
  • Ensure timely escalation of risks, blockers, and resource concerns.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and status updates.
  • Assist project managers and delivery leads in operational coordination and reporting.
  • Support collaboration across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.
  • Work in rotational shifts to provide coverage for global client operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, resource management, or operations support.
  • Experience working with North American clients and global delivery teams.
  • Strong coordination experience with IBM, client partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with offshore/onshore delivery models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT services, consulting, or managed services environment.
  • Basic understanding of project lifecycle and resource planning.
  • Exposure to project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive ownership mindset.
