HR Operations responsibilities include managing employee life-cycle processes as well as assisting general administrative duties.

Role is responsible for reporting and using data to identify operational inefficiencies and helps to recommend and improve or innovate processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible. The right candidate will be detail oriented and comfortable with Excel. Plays a key role in managing complex employee data transactions, ensuring data accuracy as well as supporting with reporting and escalations.

HR Operations responsibilities include managing employee life-cycle processes as well as assisting general administrative duties. Role is responsible for reporting and using data to identify operational inefficiencies and helps to recommend and improve or innovate processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible. The right candidate will be detail oriented and comfortable with Excel.

Leads a team of Associates and Senior Associates, overseeing daily operations, workload allocation, and SLA adherence. Ensures smooth handling of escalations, drives data quality initiatives, and partners with HR stakeholders to deliver efficient, accurate, and compliant HR data management. Focuses on team development and continuous process improvement.\n\nRole Responsibilities –\nProvide initial support for requests and inquiries submitted to the HR organization, including employment verifications, onboarding, time and leave, policies and procedures, and other simple and complex requests that may require research and follow-up for resolution\nMaintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.\nProvides transactional and administrative support for HR processes such as Leaves of Absence Administration, Employee life cycle data administration, Administer Separation, Administer Comp & Benefits Changes.\nProviding support for HR Business partners and Business Leaders including but not limited to the Reporting, Data correction and updates in SAP SF\nManaging Data Quality - Ensure that data is up to date, drive the processes, and ensure audit reports are clean & accurate in the HCM system\nAdministers new hires, changes, and separations in the organization\nSupports the setup and administration of employee records, data warehousing, and employee file management with a high level of accuracy and discretion\nHandle complex employee requests requiring research, analysis, and follow-up - Leaves of Absence Administration, Employee life cycle data administration, Administer Separation, Administer Comp & Benefits Changes.\nSupport HR Business Partners and Leaders with reporting, data corrections, and escalated queries.\nConduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of HR data.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to Associates on processes and system navigation.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives within HR Operations.\nMaintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.\nAllocate work, monitor progress, and ensure SLA adherence for requests and transactions.\nManage escalations and provide expert guidance on complex HR data issues.\nDrive data quality initiatives, ensuring audit reports are accurate and compliance requirements are met.\nLiaise with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth resolution of issues.\nSupport team training, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvements.\nPrepare and analyze reports on team performance, accuracy, and turnaround times.\n\nQualification –\nMinimum 1-6 years’ work experience within Employee Data Management operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role\nBachelor’s degree (Any Stream)\nDemonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data\nExcellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills\nStrong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers\nAbility to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability\nMS Office & Excel Skills\nSAP ECC/other ERPs working knowledge will be a plus\nDemonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data\nExcellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills\nStrong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers\nAbility to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability\nMS Office & Excel Skills\nSAP ECC/other ERPs working knowledge will be a plus\nStrong knowledge of HR processes and data management best practices\nAdvanced proficiency in HR systems (SAP SF, HRIS tools)\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases effectively\nExperience supporting process improvement or automation initiatives Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers\nAbility to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability\nMS Office & Excel Skills\nStrong people management and team coaching skills.\nIn-depth knowledge of HR systems and data processes (SAP SF expertise preferred)\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to drive efficiency and identify opportunities for automation\nStrong focus on quality, compliance, and customer experience
