Role Overview We are looking for a Physical Design (PD) Lead/Manager with 10 years of experience in end-to-end implementation. Location: Bangalore We are specifically looking for a strong individual contributor who can drive complex blocks independently and take full technical ownership. Should have led Physical Design execution of low-power domain Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on expertise in Physical Design (PD) – Floorplanning, Placement, CTS, Routing, Timing Closure Should be able to drive S ynthesis, P&R, timing, Physical Verification and IR/EM convergence Good understanding of Design Verification (DV) interaction Hands-on experience in CLP (Conformal Low Power) Strong knowledge of Static Timing Analysis (STA) Experience in advanced nodes (7nm/5nm preferred) ECO handling and full sign-off ownership Required Experience 10 years of strong PD experience Strong debugging and timing closure expertise Self-driven and execution-focused
