Join us in leading end‑to‑end Salesforce transformations and building scalable, future‑ready enterprise solutions.\n\nYour Role\nAs a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will architect, design, and implement high‑quality, scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. You will play a key leadership role in guiding cross-functional teams, defining best practices, establishing frameworks, and driving end‑to‑end project delivery.\n\nIn this role, you will:\nLead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce implementations with best‑in‑class frameworks and development standards.\nDrive 4–5 full‑cycle Salesforce transformation projects across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.\nBuild scalable, high-quality, customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.\nIntegrate Salesforce with third‑party systems using SOAP/REST and modern web technologies.\nEnsure optimal performance by understanding and applying Salesforce platform features, limitations, and governor limits.\nContribute across the full development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.\nIdentify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and platform enhancements.\nCollaborate in multi‑vendor and dynamic environments, adapting to evolving business needs.\nStay updated on new Salesforce capabilities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.\n\nYour Profile\nOverall 9+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce architecture, design, and leadership roles.\nExperience implementing 4–5 Salesforce projects across different clouds.\nStrong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.\nAdditional capabilities in SFS, CPQ, OMS, and OmniStudio (preferred).\nDeep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, customization, and best practices.\nProficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations (SOAP/REST).\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.\nAbility to work in complex, multi‑vendor environments and lead high‑performance teams.\n\nWhat you’ll love about working here\nYou can shape your career with us.
