This role is for someone who understands both shooting and editing, and can turn raw footage into clean, engaging visual stories.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nShoot high-quality videos using DSLR/mirrorless cameras with proper framing, lighting, and audio setup\nHandle different types of shoots including interviews, events, corporate videos, podcasts, and multi-camera setups\nEdit short-form and long-form videos with engaging cuts, pacing, transitions, and captions\nWork on content for internal communication, branding, events, and digital platforms\nCollaborate with content and design teams to bring ideas to life visually\nCreate reels, teasers, explainers, and behind-the-scenes content\nEnsure consistency in visual quality, color grading, and audio clarity\nManage raw footage, project files, and final outputs efficiently\nStay updated with current video trends, formats, and editing styles\nApply storytelling techniques to improve engagement and audience retention\n\nPre-Requisites\nQualification\nDegree or diploma in Media, Filmmaking, Visual Communication, or a related field\n\nExperience & Skills\n3–6 years of hands-on experience in video creation and editing\nStrong command of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software\nExperience creating content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube\nAbility to manage social media platforms and interact with audiences professionally\nStrong visual storytelling and editing sense\nGood understanding of audience retention and engagement techniques\nAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines\n\nLooking forward to hearing from you!
