Servicenow BPC
a.Responsible for defining, designing, and optimizing end to end process for the agent flow for the Broadband product.
b.Work with the operations team to discuss the flow based on playbook as future state processes and identify gaps and improvements.
c.Support solution design, testing, and adoption by translating business needs into clear functional requirements and success criteria.
