Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist profile.
- Strong knowledge of payroll coordination, HRMS, attendance systems, and HR compliance.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
