Essential Job Functions:
- Leverage approved AI tools to automate development workflows, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen data-driven decision making across engineering processes.
- Committed to producing high quality software through rigorous peer design and code reviews, along with the development of robust automated test suites.
- Adept at identifying AI/automation opportunities within existing systems to improve team productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship while promoting engineering best practices, architectural standards, and continuous improvement within development teams.
- Collaborate effectively with cross functional and globally distributed teams to pilot, evaluate, and scale AI-driven solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI by adhering to organizational policies, data governance practices, and compliance frameworks.
- Partner closely with product management and stakeholders to influence and shape future product capabilities and technical roadmaps.
- Continuously stay current with emerging AI and engineering trends, sharing insights and providing training to maximize team adoption and impact.
- Support application stability, service availability, and performance optimization through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: 6 to 12 Years
- Extensive experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications on the Java platform, leveraging Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful Web Services.
- Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies including Angular, enabling end-to-end application development.
- Hands-on expertise in building and deploying microservices-based architectures, ensuring modularity, resilience, and scalability.
- Proven ability to work with distributed data systems, including Kafka for event-driven architectures and real time data streaming, as well as SQLMI/MySQL and MongoDB for relational and NoSQL data modeling, performance optimization, and complex query design.
- Skilled in designing and delivering enterprise-grade software components in agile environments, with a strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and performance.
