About The Job:
- We are seeking a delivery minded Engineering Lead Analyst to drive structured execution for the Obligation to Control (O2C) Phase 1 build.
- The role combines strong analysis with technical leadership to take ambiguous inputs and convert them into actionable low level designs (LLDs) for the data layer (PostgreSQL) and the O2C tool (workflow, UI and APIs).
- You will coordinate cross functional teams (data, full stack, QA, DevOps), ensure governance artefacts are complete (SAD/ASA/CTEF), and maintain momentum through persistent follow ups and clear documentation.
- Experience within risk/compliance or regulated financial services is highly preferred.
Project & Delivery Leadership
- Own day to day delivery plan and backlog across data layer, tool and reporting workstreams.
- Run sprint ceremonies, RAID and dependency management; ensure traceability from requirements to LLD to test cases.
- Prepare Captains/Leads updates and go/no go artefacts for Q4 2026 release.
- Drive completion of LDM/PDM, workflow LLD, API catalogue, RBAC matrix, and S2T mappings.
- Ensure a documentation first culture; keep Confluence/Jira current and audit ready.
- Engage with platform teams (Cloud, Security, ServiceNow) and vendors (CUBE/MetricStream) to unblock decisions.
- Coordinate with Procurement on dependencies and with Architecture on governance gating.
- Partner with QA to define acceptance criteria and UAT entry/exit.
- Ensure NFRs (availability, performance, logging, DR) are captured and testable.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years in engineering analysis, delivery or technical PM roles with multi team coordination.
- Proven LLD/requirements skills; excellent written communication and stakeholder management.
- Working knowledge of cloud data patterns, APIs, security/RBAC, and workflow/case management.
- Experience in regulated environments (risk, compliance) and with enterprise governance.
- Agile delivery; certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe) are an advantage.
