Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud data migration.
- Hands-on experience with FBDI, ADFDI, SQL/PLSQL, and ETL/data transformation techniques.
- Experience using FDI, ODI, and ADW for data extraction, staging, or analytical validation.
- Strong understanding of data structures and conversion requirements across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, SSP, Suppliers, and FAH.
- Experience in executing multi-cycle migration (Mock cycles) and supporting reconciliation activities.
- Working knowledge of integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP) and how they impact data migration sequencing.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, including writing mapping rules and validation scripts.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and offshore delivery teams.
- Preferred: Oracle Data Integration or Oracle Autonomous Database certifications.
