About the Role\n\nWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll and Compliance Manager to oversee and manage all payroll processes, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and handle attendance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, compliance, and HR practices within the renewable energy sector or similar industries.\nResponsibilities\nPayroll Management\nLead and oversee the end-to-end payroll function for the organization, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.\nReview payroll calculations, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, benefits, and statutory payments (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).\nDevelop and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.\nAddress escalated payroll issues and provide strategic solutions to resolve discrepancies.\n\nCompliance & Regulatory Management\nEnsure adherence to all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.\nMaintain robust documentation and audit-ready records of payroll and employee-related transactions.\nCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure best practices.\n\nInternal & External Audit Management\nPlan, coordinate, and support internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.\nEnsure timely resolution of audit observations and implementation of corrective measures.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth audit processes.\n\nAttendance & Data Management\nOversee attendance tracking systems and ensure seamless integration of attendance data into payroll.\nReview attendance trends and collaborate with HR teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.\nQualifications\n\nFull time Bachelor’s degree. B.Com or B.
