Spanish language expert

Spanish language expert\n\nMust-Have**\n\n• 2 to 4 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll\n\nprocessing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP,\n\nWorkday, or similar preferred)\n\n• Fluency in Spanish\n\n• Good understanding of: IRPF (Personal Income Tax),Seguridad\n\nSocial contributions, Statutory benefits, Collective bargaining\n\nagreements (Convenios)\n\n• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and\n\nentering data.\n\n• Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to\n\ncompletion.\n\n• Maintain employment records and individually handle HR\n\nrelated queries.\n\n• Attention to details and excellent analytical skills\n\n• Ability to manage deadlines in a demanding environment\n\n• Elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality\n\n• Strong written and verbal communication skills\n\nGood-to-Have Multicountry Payroll exposure (US, Canada , UK, Switzerland ,\n\nMalaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia etc)
