Nayab by Traditional Handicrafts Centre is an Indian home decor store baswed in the heart of Mumbai at Raghuvanshi Mills, Lower Parel. We strive to bring the 40 yrears old legacy of our parent company Traditional Handicrafts Centre, a manufacturing and export house in Jodhpur, Rajasthan to the domestic platform of Mumbai. We are pround to house our in-house recycled teak wood furniture and a rare collection of unique pieces sourced from pan India.

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Associate for a full-time role in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations. This role involves building strong client relationships and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer interaction and communication: Proficient in active listening, verbal communication, and building rapport with customers.
• Sales and negotiation: Experience in meeting sales targets and effectively persuading customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Product knowledge and presentation: Ability to understand product features and benefits, and present them convincingly to customers.
• Organizational skills and multitasking: Capable of managing multiple customer interactions, inventory tracking, and handling other responsibilities efficiently.
• Basic computer skills: Familiarity with using sales software, point-of-sale systems, and email communication.
• Team collaboration: Strong team player who can support colleagues and contribute to achieving collective business goals.
• Prior experience in the furniture retail or design industry is a plus.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset are essential.
