He will be responsible for leading and managing the entire Government Business vertical, with complete ownership of profit & loss, business growth, operations, and client management. The role requires driving large-scale government contracts across facility management, manpower outsourcing, and allied services while ensuring compliance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. P&L Ownership
• Manage end-to-end P&L for the B2G vertical
• Monitor financial performance, margins, DSO Management
2. Business Development (Government Sector)
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in Central/State Government, PSUs, and institutional clients
• Lead tendering process including RFP analysis, pricing strategy, and bid submission
• Build a strong pipeline of government contracts across regions
3. Tendering & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and tender requirements
• Oversee documentation, technical submissions, and commercial proposals
• Mitigate risks related to contracts, penalties, and SLAs
4. Operations Management
• Ensure smooth execution of projects across multiple government sites
• Monitor service delivery standards for housekeeping and technical services
• Drive operational efficiency and service quality
5. Client & Stakeholder Managemen t
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and key stakeholders • Act as a single point of contact for high-value clients • Ensure high client satisfaction and contract renewals
6. Strategic Growth
• Define long-term growth strategy for government business
• Expand presence across new states and departments
• Leverage group capabilities to scale integrated services
Experience
• 15–20 years of experience in: o Government / PSU business development of Facility management / manpower outsourcing / services industry
• Strong experience in handling large government tenders and contracts
