Title: Oracle Finance Consultant
Primary Platforms: Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle Fusion Financials
Engagement Type: Contract-to-Hire
Job Type: 100% Remote
Location: India
Contract Length: Initial 6 months with extension potential up to 1+ years
Role Summary:
The Oracle Finance Consultant is responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, testing, configuration, reporting, and production support activities across enterprise finance operations. This role works closely with accounting teams, finance leadership, and solution architects to support global Oracle Fusion rollout initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and production stabilization
• Assist with month-end close and reporting processes
• Troubleshoot financial transactions and reporting issues
• Collaborate with integration and technical teams
• Develop documentation and training materials
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong Oracle Fusion Financials functional experience
• Experience with AP, AR, GL, cash management, and reporting
• Understanding of accounting operations and financial processes
• Experience supporting Oracle implementations and production environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
