We have proven end-to-end expertise from clone development, manufacturing, clinical development, and regulatory approvals to commercialization.\n\nJob Title: CA Industrial Trainee\nLocation: Bangalore\nEmployment Type: Internship\nAbout the Role\nThe candidate will be part of Biocon Biologics' Global Internal Audit Team, which operates under the Governance, Risk & Compliance function.\nWork with the team to conduct business, financial and/ or compliance Internal audits with responsibility of planning, fieldwork and reporting of Audit.\nCandidate will get experience of auditing in pharmaceutical or biological industry and knowledge of business processes in manufacturing.\nCandidate will get exposure in conducting Global audits\nCandidate will work on completion of audit plan with all the deliverables of process documentation, audit program, work papers and audit report.\nReview and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with corporate and local regulations, policies and procedures.\nAssess the entity control environment and provide risk & control advice to the management.\nGet exposure on Data Analytics and hands on experience on related software and SAP.\nConduct periodic review of follow up status, participate in meetings related to key recommendations, assist in resolving and escalate key unresolved recommendation to the function head.\n\nBiocon Biologics is an Equal Opportunity, EEO / Affirmative Action Employer committed to excellence through diversity.
