🚀 We’re Hiring – Electrical / EV Testing Engineer

📍 Experience Required: 3–9 Years

Qualification: B.Tech/BE

🏭 Industry: Construction Equipment / Off-Highway / Automotive (EV/Hybrid)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Electric Machine Build for EV / Hybrid platforms
Machine endurance testing with focus on electrical architecture
DVPSOR-based Electrical & Electronics validation
HV systems testing (~650V+): motors, converters, batteries, BMS & charging technology
Conduct safety-critical tests, homologation assessments & report sign-offs
Troubleshoot electrical systems using harness schematics
Perform proto build activities with hands-on testing, instrumentation & diagnosis
Lead endurance tests (Battery performance, CAN analysis, traction drives)
Data acquisition & analysis (IMC experience preferred)

🎓 What You Bring:

'14; Experience in High Voltage EV systems testing (AC/DC)

'14; Strong proto-build & shop-floor exposure

'14; Hands-on experience in testing, instrumentation, SOP execution & DVPSOR validation

'14; Familiarity with ECUs, vehicle displays, safety systems & testing tools

'14; Background in Construction Equipment / Off-Highway / Automotive (Bus/Truck) preferred
