Talent Services Analyst\n\nKnowledge/Skills required:\n• Minimum of 3+ years of Oracle HCM or Equivalent HCM Experience is added\nadvantage\n• Overall work experience of 3+ years within HR operations – Query management |\nEmail management |Leaves Management | Learning and Dev administration and\nlikes HR ops\n• Should have worked as / experience as a Quality checker (transactions) and trained\nor improve bottom associates performance\n• Must maintain a high degree of care and diligence in protecting the confidentiality\nof employee personal information and documents.\n• Must be able to work independently, set priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems,\nand satisfy commitments\n• Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary for interacting with all\nlevels of the organization\n• Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations including their respective\nwebsites, forms and procedures is a plus\n• Multi-state tax and compliance reporting experience.\n• Strong analytical and quantitative skills\n• Demonstrated attention to detail with an appreciation of complexity and risk\n• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to create simple solutions\n• Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment\n• Should take calls for Helpdesk\nEducational Qualifications:\n• Bachelor’s degree in human resource administration\nGood to have skills:\n• International WFA experience and global employee data management and HRBP\nand HR operations\n• HR Reports and MIS creation experience\nSkills :\n• Excellent Communication Skills\n• MS Office & Excel Skills\n• Coaching Skills
