Key Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner – Lead will act as a strategic advisor and operational anchor for the business, driving people practices that directly impact performance, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Strategic Business Partnership
Partner with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and priorities, and translate them into effective HR strategies.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding
Performance Management
Lead the end-to-end PMS cycle including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, and feedback discussions.
Identify and address performance issues, working with managers to implement improvement plans.
Ensure documentation, fairness, and compliance throughout the PIP process.
Employee Engagement
Drive engagement initiatives based on employee feedback and survey results
Support initiatives like recognition, communication, and culture-building
Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback and initiate action plans based on results.
Great Place to Work (GPTW) & Employee Experience
Lead end-to-end Great Place to Work certification initiatives, including survey planning, execution, and renewal cycles.
Policies and Compliance
Formulating and drafting HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all HR policies, labour laws, and regulations.
POSH & Workplace Ethics
Act as the POC for POSH-related matters, ensuring strict adherence to the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013
Employee Relations
Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues in a timely and effective manner
HR Analytics & Insights
Track key HR metrics such as attrition, performance distribution, engagement, and productivity
Preferred Experience
7–10 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to HRBP roles
Experience in managing PMS, PIPs, and employee relations
Educational Qualification:
MBA in HR from reputed institute
