Job profile :
Business Development
  • Meet the business targets provided, keeping track of the revenue in actuals v/s projections.
  • Market intelligence in terms of competition offerings / market insights.
  • Conduct meetings with clients and seek to add them to the Exchange.
  • Formulate plans to meet volume conversion targets and attempt to meet the same.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and assist them in migration
  • Identify Institutions which can be targeted to become organisations Members. Accordingly formulate a plan for their conversion.
Client Servicing
  • Handle escalations and provide information to customers whenever needed.
  • Provide information packets to clients to help them understand company's offerings / products better
  • Act on feedback provided by customers to suggest changes to the functional processes.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and build a long term relationship with clients / members.
  • Clarify information on the various product offerings and to ensure customers understand the products and services.
  • Pro-actively inform Members about the Compliance Submission & coordinate internally with Compliance team to assist Members in timely Compliance Submissions.
  • Database Management
  • Check and add to the database of potential clients to maintain an exhaustive list of clients to be converted to the company's platform.
  • Prepare & validate the database on the existing members & clients.
  • Identify new potential clients & accordingly create a database for the same.
Seminars and presentation
  • Understand the requirements of the client & accordingly prepare Work with the team to prepare a list of seminars or training to be given to clients
  • Prepare Marketing material for existing or new products. Also prepare product note for clients for better understanding of products.
  • Prepare Product presentation and coordination with the team about the Forex & Fixed Income products.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Regionally lead and manage cross-functional teams like Admin, Finance and Accounts and Premises teams, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Implement and optimize administrative processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all business operations.
  • Supervise facilities and office space, ensuring a conducive working environment.
