Job Description
Business Development (Government Sector)\n• Identify and pursue new opportunities in Central/State Government, PSUs, and institutional clients\n• Lead tendering process including RFP analysis, pricing strategy, and bid submission\n• Build a strong pipeline of government contracts across regions\n\n3. Tendering & Compliance\n• Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and tender requirements\n• Oversee documentation, technical submissions, and commercial proposals\n• Mitigate risks related to contracts, penalties, and SLAs\n\n4. Operations Management\n• Ensure smooth execution of projects across multiple government sites\n• Monitor service delivery standards for housekeeping and technical services\n• Drive operational efficiency and service quality\n\n5.
Client & Stakeholder Managemen t\n• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and key stakeholders • Act as a single point of contact for high-value clients • Ensure high client satisfaction and contract renewals\n\n6. Strategic Growth\n• Define long-term growth strategy for government business\n• Expand presence across new states and departments\n• Leverage group capabilities to scale integrated services\n\nExperience\n• 15–20 years of experience in: o Government / PSU business development of Facility management / manpower outsourcing / services industry\n• Strong experience in handling large government tenders and contracts
