We’re Hiring: Senior / Lead Data Engineer (Azure)\nLocation: Baner, Pune (WFO – 5 days)\nShift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM\n\nWe are looking for a Senior / Lead Azure Data Engineer with 5–14 years of experience in building scalable data platforms and leading end-to-end data engineering solutions.\n\nMust Have (Mandatory):\n* Strong hands-on experience with Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)\n* Proven experience in designing and implementing modern data lakehouse architectures\nKey Requirements:\n* Advanced expertise in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)\n* Strong experience with Azure Data Engineering stack:\nAzure Data Factory (ADF)\nAzure Synapse Analytics / Synapse SQL Warehouse\nAzure Data Lake & Blob Storage\nAzure Databricks\n* Hands-on experience in Python / PySpark\n* Strong understanding of data modeling & database design\n* Experience in building scalable data pipelines & transformations\n\nLeadership Expectations:\n* Lead end-to-end data engineering projects\n* Mentor and guide junior engineers\n* Work closely with stakeholders for requirement gathering & solution design\n* Drive best practices in data architecture & performance optimization\n\nGood to Have:\n* Experience with Power BI\n* Exposure to Azure Analysis Services (Tabular Models)\n* Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Sprint planning)\n\nInterested candidates or referrals are welcome!
