Job Description
German Language expert\n\nMust-Have**\n\n• 3 to 6 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll\nprocessing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP,\nWorkday, or similar preferred)\n• Fluency in German\n• Good understanding of: German tax laws, Social security rules\n• Collective agreements (Tarifverträge), Wage types and statutory\nbenefits\n• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and\nentering data.\n• Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to\ncompletion.\n• Maintain employment records and individually handle HR\nrelated queries.\n• Attention to details and excellent analytical skills\n• Ability to manage deadlines in a demanding environment\n• Elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality\n• Strong written and verbal communication skills\nGood-to-Have Multicountry Payroll exposure (US, Canada , UK, Switzerland ,\n\nMalaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia etc)
