Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide AMS support for incidents reported at L2/L3 levels.
- Apply strong analytical skills to resolve incidents quickly and effectively.
- Troubleshoot issues in UKG Dimensions application and integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP.
- Establish credibility with clients as a trusted advisor, ensuring timely resolution of escalations.
- Build strong relationships with client decision makers, understanding their business, industry, and priorities.
- Prepare solution architecture, functional specifications, technical artifacts, and integration design documents.
- Conduct user training and create quick reference guides.
- Suggest improvements to methodologies, tools, and processes.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 6 years of hands on experience in UKG Dimensions WFM timekeeping module (scheduling, timekeeping, absence management).
- Experience integrating UKG Dimensions WFM with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll).
- Strong knowledge of Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
- Certified in UKG Dimensions module.
- Ability to support new requirements across all UKG Dimensions modules.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Experience developing solution architecture, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
