- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Advanced Pricing
- Credit Management
- Revenue Management
- Collections (Oracle Fusion Financials & SCM Cloud)
- Analyze current-state receivables and billing processes and design future-state ITC flows aligned with Oracle Fusion best practices

Configure Oracle Fusion modules including:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Order Management (OM)
- Advanced Pricing
- Credit Management
- AutoInvoice
- Revenue Accounting (RMCS)

Develop and maintain documentation:
- Business Process Design (BPD)
- Configuration Workbooks
- Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
- End-to-end ITC process documentation

Configure and support:
- Customer master data
- Transaction types
- Invoicing & accounting rules
- Receipt methods
- Lockboxes
- Tax integration
- Revenue recognition

Validate ITC integration touchpoints with:
- Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
- SCM, Tax, and EPM modules

Collaborate with integration teams to define and test interfaces using:
- OIC
- FBDI
- REST/SOAP APIs
- (Orders, invoices, receipts, credit memos, revenue data, customer balances)

Support processes such as:
- AutoInvoice
- Receipt processing
- Bank lockbox
- Customer payments
- Adjustments & write-offs
- Disputes and collections workflows

Ensure accurate Subledger Accounting (SLA) for AR including:
- Revenue
- Tax
- Freight
- Adjustments posting to GL

Support ITC-related data migration, including:
- Customer conversion
- Open AR balances
- Invoices & receipts
- Historical revenue data

Create and execute test scenarios for:
- SIT (System Integration Testing)
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Regression testing
- End-to-end Order-to-Cash cycles

Validate accounting accuracy across:
- AR subledger
- SLA rules
- RMCS postings
- GL reconciliation

Provide functional support during:
- Cutover
- Go-live
- Deployments
- Hypercare activities

Collaborate with reporting teams to validate:
- OTBI reports
- BI Publisher reports
- AR Aging
- Revenue reports
- Customer statements
