Profile: Service Engineer-Solar-Surat-4.2 LPA

Experience:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in solar service, maintenance, or O&M operations
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting rooftop or industrial solar projects preferred

Salary Range: 30k to 35k

Roles:

• Visit project sites for preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar PV systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in inverters, junction boxes, panels, cables, and other electrical components
• Attend AMC and service calls within assigned timelines
• Coordinate with OEMs and internal technical teams for issue resolution
• Ensure proper functioning and uptime of installed solar systems
• Provide onsite technical support and training to clients and O&M teams
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and documentation accurately
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of required materials
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential system issues proactively
• Follow safety standards, electrical compliance, and company SOPs during site operations
• Travel extensively across South Gujarat for service and maintenance activities
• Support commissioning and testing activities whenever required

Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Certification or training in Solar PV systems will be an added advantage
• Willingness to travel extensively for onsite service activities
