Profile: Operations Head-FMCG-Surat-4.2 LPA

Experience: 4-5 years in FMCG distribution / warehouse operations)

Salary Range: 30k to 35k

Roles: 

1. Warehouse & Godown Operations

• Manage complete godown and warehouse operations
• Ensure proper stock handling, storage, and dispatch

2. Logistics & Distribution Management

• Handle FMCG distribution and delivery coordination
• Monitor transportation and dispatch activities

3. Inventory & Stock Control

• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock movement
• Prevent stock shortages and operational delays

4. Labour & Team Handling

• Supervise labour staff and warehouse team
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operational workflow

5. Coordination & Process Management

• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams
• Improve operational efficiency and workflow management

6. Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain operational records and reports
• Ensure safety and operational discipline within warehouse

Qualification: 

• Graduate (mandatory)
• Supply Chain / Logistics background - Preferred
