Profile: EPC Sales Manager-Solar-Delhi-10.2 LPA

Experience: 

5-8 years

• Minimum 3-5 years in Solar EPC business

Salary Range: 80k to 85k

Roles: 

1. Solar EPC Business Development

• Drive sales and business development activities for Solar EPC projects
• Generate leads and acquire industrial/commercial clients

2. End-to-End EPC Sales Cycle

• Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
• Maintain customer-centric approach with stakeholders

4. Site Visits & Feasibility

• Conduct site visits and assess project feasibility
• Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions

5. Market Expansion & Networking

• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities
• Track competitors and market trends

6. Policy & Market Understanding

• Stay updated on state solar policies and industry developments
• Understand local industrial market and competition

Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory)
• Additional management qualities - Preferred
