Experience: 1 to 3 Years working as an HR

Salary Range: 20K TO 25K

Roles:

• Drive end-to-end rider hiring by actively sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as field recruitment, referrals, job portals, and walk-ins, ensuring a consistent pipeline to meet daily and weekly hiring targets.
• Conduct detailed candidate interactions, including screening and interviews, while effectively explaining job roles, payout structures, shift timings, rental/EV models, and performance expectations to ensure candidate clarity and conversion.
• Manage complete onboarding processes by collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate KYC documentation (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, Bank Details), and ensuring timely completion of joining formalities and system updates.
• Coordinate closely with operations, fleet teams, and city heads to ensure smooth rider deployment, including vehicle allocation, ID creation, and adherence to hub-level processes.
• Maintain and update daily hiring trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards, ensuring accurate data tracking for sourcing, interviews, selection ratios, and onboarding progress.
• Act as the primary point of contact for rider queries, addressing concerns related to payouts, work conditions, shifts, and policies, while building strong on-ground relationships.
• Identify key reasons for rider drop-offs or attrition and collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions, improve rider satisfaction, and enhance retention rates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines by conducting induction sessions and reinforcing process adherence among newly onboarded riders.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate (HR preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in rider hiring / blue-collar recruitment / logistics hiring
• Hands on experience of MS Excel (Advance Excel, Vlook up, HLook up, Pivot Table and other general Formulas) and Google Sheet.
